The Piranhas Swim Team The Piranhas

Pine Ridge Swim Club is the proud home of The Piranhas Swim Team.

Our swim team is open to children of swim club members ages 4 to 18 years old. We offer a fun, competitive, summer swimming experience and aim to help our swimmers learn to work together as a team and enjoy the sport of swimming.

Our team competes against local swim clubs in the Freestate Swim League, including Campus Cabana, Eagles Nest, Hampton, Stoneleigh, Valley, Wiltondale, Woodcroft and York Manor. Meets are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. During home meets, the pool will close at 4:30 p.m. for members.

For those not quite ready for the swim team, swim lessons are available to help prepare children and adults feel comfortable and confident in the water.

He has been a part of Piranhas for about 12 years, and really looks forward to hopefully becoming one of the coaches that he looked up to when he began his swimming career. He has been swimming year round for about 10 years, and plans to swim in college. He is looking forward to the season and can’t wait to be able to start practices.

Caleb Barlow

Caleb Barlow

Graduated from Churchville Christian School in 2020, and he is currently a student at CCBC. He hopes to study Marine Biology or Veterinary Medicine someday. He LOVES food, swimming, and his family/friends. Caleb swam for the Pine Ridge Piranhas for 4 years, and he just finished his last season at the Towson YMCA. His favorite stroke is butterfly.
